Ideal tool for reading high-density microarrays
With its new detection system, the InnoScan 910 has the highest resolution and reading speed on the market. This user-friendly, two-colour scanner is the ideal tool for reading current and future high-density microarrays.
High resolution scanning
Characterised by its simplicity of use, competitive price and superior image quality, the InnoScan 910 is the ideal tool for scanning most high density microarrays currently available on the market.
High resolution: InnoScan 910 is a high resolution 2-colour fluorescence scanner. It can microarrays at a very high image quality with a resolution of 1µm/pixel.
Speed: Capable of simultaneously reading 2 detection channels in 3.55 minutes (at 10µm/pixel maximum reading area); InnoScan 910 is the fastest scanner on the market with a sweep speed which adjustable from 10 to 35 lines/second.
Reliable and traceable results: With a barcode reader, InnoScan 910 provides accurate control of acquired images. InnoScan 910 is supplied with a validation slide and proprietary Mapix software to verify scanner performance.
Due to the size of the images obtained (5.74 GB to read an entire slide at 1 µm resolution), Mapix image analysis software has been specially designed to handle large files.
Innoscan 910 Technology
The InnoScan 910 is a confocal detection scanner equipped with 2 extremely sensitive analog photomultiplier tubes (PMT), achieving linear signal over the range of 0.1 to 100% and is capable of detecting from 0 to 1% of gain with a step of 0.01%. This makes it easy for the user to set PMT gains and adjust the fluorescence signal levels for the 2 colours by managing saturation level and balancing the 2 channels.
Like the InnoScan 710, the InnoScan 910 uses a real-time autofocus system making it adaptable to substrate distortion, with high uniformity over the entire reading area. The XDR mode (Extended Dynamic Range) provides a 6 log dynamic range maximising low signal detection whilst avoiding saturated spots.
InnoScan scanners are well known for their excellent photometric properties, particularly in terms of sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio.
